By using Callout AI or engaging our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

We set up and operate an AI phone receptionist for your business — answering calls, capturing leads, and (on eligible plans) booking appointments, configured to your specifications.

Pilot & billing

• We offer a 14-day pilot; if you continue, the one-time setup fee and the recurring monthly fee for your plan apply.
• Plans include a monthly allowance of call-minutes; usage above the allowance may be billed per minute.
• Monthly fees are billed in advance. You can cancel future renewals at any time.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information so the receptionist represents you correctly.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including any call-recording consent requirements in your area.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.

No professional advice

The receptionist handles scheduling and general information. It does not provide professional, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it will not quote prices it hasn't been given.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." We work hard for high reliability but don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding three months.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement with reasonable notice. We may suspend service for non-payment or misuse.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
