Your right to deletion

You can ask Callout AI to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. This page explains how, what we remove, and how long it takes.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request", from the email address — or quoting the phone number — associated with your data. We'll verify the request, confirm by reply, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your account and contact details (name, email, phone, business).
• Leads, call and message transcripts, and any call recordings we hold for you.
• WhatsApp conversation data we processed on a business's behalf (see below).

Some records may be retained where the law requires it (for example, billing records for tax purposes); we delete the rest and stop any further processing.

WhatsApp & Meta data

If you messaged a business's AI assistant on WhatsApp, your phone number and message content were processed through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, on that business's behalf. To have that data deleted, reply STOP in the chat or email us as above — we will delete the conversation data we hold and remove it from the WhatsApp Business Platform.

Closing your account? Email [email protected] and we'll delete your account together with the customer data we processed on your behalf, subject to any retention the law requires.
